Of very good fresh homemade egg pasta, a warm terrace sheltered from the wind, on the port, a cozy and modern interior: welcome to the restaurant of Italian specialties La Fabbrica, in Granville.
You choose the shape of your pasta
For the pasta, it’s up to you to choose the shape you want: tagliatelle, papardelle, spaghetti, fusilli, rigatoni, casarecce or even radiatori.
Then the accompaniment: pomodoro (tomatoes) & basilico, arrabiata (with chilli, a delicacy and our choice), pesto or gorgonzola & speck… All homemade, with lots of flavor.
We serve you your Italian dish, with the parmigiano (Parmesan cheese).
A large selection of Italian charcuterie and antipasti
To whet your appetite before the pasta, La Fabbrica offers a very large selection of antipasti as well as Italian charcuterie, each one more appetizing than the next.
We also appreciated the wine selection, mostly Italian.
The welcome and the service are friendly. Better to book your table: the address is appreciated by both locals and tourists who have spotted it.
After your meal, take a little digestive walk on the port and join the customs trail that climbs towards the Upper Town.
